The Board of Management of St Colman’s College, Claremorris is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Flaherty as Principal of the College.
Neil is currently Principal of Cabra Community College, Dublin, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to this, he worked for many years in Marino College, where he served as a teacher and Assistant Principal, and he also worked as an associate with the National Induction Programme for Teachers.
Neil brings considerable experience in school leadership, teaching and learning, school improvement and supporting the development of staff and students.
We look forward to welcoming Neil to St Colman’s College once his replacement in Cabra Community College has been appointed.
In the interim, the school will remain under the operational leadership of Ms Suzanne Lohan, who has been appointed Acting Principal.
The Board of Management wishes Neil every success in his new role and extends its appreciation to Suzanne for her leadership of the College during this interim period.
